Pet Adoption Day Returns to Simmons Bank in White House

Experience the joy of making a meaningful difference in the world while welcoming a furry friend into your home at Simmons Bank's annual Pet Adoption Day on April 19th.

This heartwarming event, organized in collaboration with Wave it Away, Petitt Heating & Cooling, and Gigi’s Rescue, promises a day filled with love and companionship. Hosted at Simmons Bank located at 117 Raymond Hirsch Parkway, White House, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, this event offers the perfect opportunity to find your purrfect match.

Gigi’s Rescue, a dedicated non-profit, no-kill organization serving the greater Nashville area, will be present with a variety of adorable animals available for adoption. Prospective pet parents can fill out applications and undergo on-site screening to ensure a seamless adoption process.

In the spirit of giving, Simmons Bank will be accepting pet food and supply donations leading up to the event, with contributions welcomed on the day itself. For those unable to attend, monetary donations can also be made directly to Gigi’s Rescue via their website.

Last year's pet supply drive

Reflecting on the success of last year's event, Kate Key, Financial Center Manager at Simmons Bank, expresses her excitement for this year's edition.

"We were able to send 8 pets off to their forever homes and collected more donations than we ever thought possible last year," says Kate. "This year, I'm looking forward to witnessing even more pets find the loving homes they truly deserve, while also gathering the essential supplies needed to care for pets as they await adoption."

Join us on April 19th for a day of compassion, community, and the chance to make a difference in the lives of deserving animals. Together, let's create more happy endings and furever homes!
