We’re excited to shine our Stay Positive News Student Spotlight on Delaney Depaz, a student at HB Williams. Delaney is a bright and kind-hearted first grader in Mrs. Green’s class.

Delaney was nominated for one simple reason: she leads with kindness. Whether she’s helping a classmate who’s having a tough day or stepping in to assist her teacher, Delaney always notices when someone needs a hand—and offers it with a smile.

When asked why she loves helping others, Delaney replied, “Because it’s the right thing to do. I want to be sweet and kind.”

Her heart and her actions make a big difference in her classroom, and we’re so proud to celebrate her this week. Keep shining, Delaney!
