TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, has named Baylor Breckenridge chief financial officer of the 109-bed acute care hospital that serves Robertson County and surrounding communities.
“Baylor’s leadership style combines rigorous financial stewardship with a deep commitment to supporting our clinical teams and enhancing patient care,” said Pete Long-Innes, chief executive officer of TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center. “His ability to align fiscal discipline with operational excellence makes him an outstanding addition to our executive team.”

This experience provided a strong foundation in compliance, auditing and strategic financial oversight.
“I’m honored to join TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center and look forward to working with our exceptional team to advance our mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care,” Breckenridge said.
