TriStar Northcrest Appoints Pete Long-Innes as CEO

TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is pleased to announce Pete Long-Innes has been named chief executive officer of the 109-bed acute care hospital that serves the healthcare needs of Robertson County and surrounding communities.

“Pete is a proven leader with a deep commitment to patient-centered care and operational excellence,” said Mitch Edgeworth, president of the HCAHealthcare TriStar Division. “He is mission-driven to enhance healthcare services and improve the quality of care to serve our patients better.”

Long-Innes brings more than 15 years of healthcare leadership experience within HCA Healthcare. He most recently served as chief operating officer at HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital. Before that, he was chief operating officer at Frankfort Regional Medical Center inFrankfort, Kentucky. His new role marks a return to Tennessee, where he began his healthcare career as an Administrative Intern at TriStar Centennial Medical Center.

“I’m honored and excited to join TriStar NorthCrest as chief executive officer and lead a team that is so clearly committed to delivering exceptional care,” said Long-Innes. “I’m eager to build upon the hospital’s strong legacy and advance the meaningful role we play in improving the health and well-being of our community.”

Long-Innes holds a master’s degree in health administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a bachelor’s in psychology from Miami University. An active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, he has also participated in several professional and community organizations. He is a graduate of the HCA Healthcare Executive Development Program and a recipient of the VCUHCA Scholarship for Emerging Healthcare Leaders.
