Cumberland Connect Launches “Connect for a Cause” Campaign to Support Local Food Banks This Holiday Season

Cumberland Connect, the broadband subsidiary of Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation, is proud to announce the launch of its new community initiative, “Connect for a Cause.”

This holiday season, the company is combining connectivity with compassion to help local families in need.

From November 13 through December 31, 2025, every new fiber internet subscription will generate a $20 donation to support hunger relief efforts in the communities served by Cumberland Connect. At the end of the campaign, donations will be distributed among local food banks in Cheatham, Montgomery, Robertson, Stewart, and Sumner counties.

“We believe that strong connections go beyond faster speeds; they build stronger communities,” says Chris Davis, General Manager of CEMC + Cumberland Connect. “With ‘Connect for a Cause,’ our members can enjoy the benefits of reliable fiber internet while helping ensure everyone in our community has food on the table this holiday season.”

Members can learn more or sign up at cumberlandconnect.org.
